This Land Rover Defender 110 decal kit is a detailed homage to the Camel Trophy vehicles, built for the 1998 Tierra Del Fuego event. The grueling Camel Trophy returned to where the great adventure started eighteen years before - Latin America, Chile and Argentina. Teams of athletes would be participating in a range of disciplines, including for the first time in the Camel Trophy's history, winter sports. Camel Trophy is well known for its brutal treks through steaming, malaria-infested jungles and punishing deserts but despite snow in Mongolia, this was the first true first winter event, with temperatures reaching minus 30 degrees in Patagonia.
This decal kit features the left and right Tierra del Fuego mountain range design to exacting style, along with Camel Trophy door decal and rear and front sponsor decals, faithful to the original. The kit also includes the front windscreen banner on clear backing.
